Back story: These are cufflinks originally sold in the 70's and early 80's. Produced in Germany. Made with either a gold cap plating or stainless steel cuff. 

Theoretically these are NOS, as they have been in the deep storage of a jeweler since the 80's. They might have some scratches left and rights from moving from one storage box to the other in the last 50 years.
