The late Sultan of Oman, Qaboos bin Said al Said passed away a few year ago. Yet he did leave a big print on the watch market, he was able to get the logo of Oman stamped on dials of high end luxury watches to give away to his friends and family. One of those watches is what we have here. A watch made around 1973 and stamped with the recognizable swords on 6 o'clock. A very beautiful watch that has a huge story to tell with the small addition of the logo. We don't often talk about investment watches, but a watch like this truly is an investment piece. The condition is outstanding, the fact that the sultan passed away adds to the value.
