Omega Speedmaster Ed White 105.003 With Extract

The Omega brand began its long collection of speedmasters in 1957 with the launch of its first chronograph watch, the CK2915. Although its name "Speedmaster" takes us to the world of motor racing, it was well known for being the first Omega with reference 2998 that went into space on the wrist of astronaut Wally Schirra. These vintage watches had very professional functions such as shock resistance, antimagnetic properties, resistance to 60m depth in water, but its relationship with space would be its trademark for a long time and take the surname of “Moonwatch”.
