Shipping policy
Shipping options:
Tracked shipping: This option is free once your order has exceeded the amount of 50 euros. A track and trace code gives us the possibilty to track the shipping and guarantee the fact that you will receive the product. If you don't and we can find the reason at the postal service we will send you a new product. The product stays in our ownership until it reached your door. Shipping takes 1-10 work days depending on your location. Shipping in Eu typically take 3-5 days, shippings to the US take between 5-8 days, shippings to Asia take 5-10 workingdays.
Economy shipping: with this shipping we can not guarantee the duration or the fact that the product will reach your place. The moment the product is bought it is in your ownership.
Problems with shipping:
1) Custom fees
Custom fees have to be paid by the customer and are not in any way the resposibility of Perpetualwatchlover.
2) Wrong adress entered by customer:
Fulfilling the adress details are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer enters a faulty address and the product gets shipped back to Perpetualwatchlover the customer has the option to refuse the product. He can get a partial refund of the product's value minus the actual shipping cost. If the customer does want the product he can get another chance at filling it the address correctly and will be asked to pay for shipping. This even if the product was shipped with the free shipping option.
3) Faulty packaging
If the package gets delivered in a faulty or broken package. Do not unbox the product and send immediately an image to info@perpetualwatchlover.com
