A beautiful vintage Rolex Oyster Perpetual Ref. 1003, dating to 1969, presented with a highly attractive silver sunburst dial and a full-link Oyster bracelet.

The dial features the classic applied baton hour markers, matching hands and the traditional Rolex coronet at 12 o’clock. The silver sunburst finish catches the light beautifully, giving the watch a clean yet unmistakably vintage appearance. The engine-turned bezel adds another distinctive detail to this early Oyster Perpetual configuration.

The 34 mm Oyster case has the classic proportions of the period, with elegant curved lugs and a clean, understated profile. This example is fitted with a full-link Oyster bracelet, complete with an Asian clasp, giving the watch a particularly authentic vintage appearance and making it ready to wear straight away.

Inside is the automatic Rolex calibre 1570, a robust and highly regarded movement from Rolex’s classic generation of in-house calibres.
